The technology leadership since 2025 has failed to improve the relationship with operational and finance stakeholders, to state a coherent strategy for their division, or to show any sort of consistent policy beyond hiring their buddies from previous jobs. They don’t seem to understand how technology is evolving despite constantly hyping up AI. They have failed to fulfill their promises on improving the experience for business and support stakeholders. The merger with Global Atlantic has been catastrophic. Decision making appears based more on politics than competence.
