They don’t seem to understand how technology is evolving despite constantly hyping up AI. They have failed to fulfill their promises on improving the experience for business and support stakeholders. The merger with Global Atlantic has been catastrophic. Decision making appears based more on politics than competence. On benefits - changed health insurance providers twice in two years.
