Pros

I have met some of my best friends working at KIPP DC, and love seeing our students every day. During my career at KIPP DC, I have been coached and pushed as a teacher to be even better for kids, and have had opportunities to apply for leadership positions within the organization. Everyone at KIPP DC is moving in the same direction---doing what's best for kids. And that's what keeps me coming back year after year.

The work is hard! It is easy to burnout, but there are also supports in place for teachers and staff.
