The work is meaningful and relatively AI‑proof, being a people first business, focused on helping people. There is a strong investment in developing team members, and plenty of social and fun events that build real connection. I would highly recommend KINNECT as a place to work.

The environment is fast paced, which will suit people who enjoy that style of work. That said, work genuinely stops at 5pm, and there is a clear policy around no evening emails or emails while on leave, which creates a healthy balance.
