KFOR is a great place to work no one ever leaves unless a better job comes up, if someone does leave there is always someone waiting to take that spot , so if your new to the news business it is a long wait

This is sales specific- I really can’t say many pros other than decent benefits

-unfair treatment -favoritism -unprofessional -shady -managers are not always very nice, managers are unprofessional and do not train well at all, even when employees ask for more help or guidance - pay is not great for coordinators and assistants, sales reps are 100% commission based - back lack of diversity
