Flexible with hours, good starter company

Constant turnover of staff. Regular intimidation of employees by management. Many lay offs and always in fear of losing your job. Little to no training for new employees. Immense amount of pressure to work extra unpaid hours to learn the job. A lot of effort goes into the image of the company rather than trying to better the company. No opportunity for advancement. Good employees leave, if you resign they ask you to keep it quiet then ask you to leave before your two weeks are up. Horrible benefits, over $200 each paycheck for health care.
