Loved the type of the work the company does.

Kontras

No good on-onboarding when starting with the company. The provision models are complex and there is no training when you start. It takes longer to get work done due to complexity of the model which leads to unhappy partners. Some partners are polite and nice to work with while others are outright rude and need to work on basic courtesy.

Some processes and systems could be more streamlined, which occasionally creates inefficiencies.
