Reasonable benefit including zero-premium health insurance (higher copay), pension plan, 401K, paid vocations etc. Company pays for training. The company will stay alive even it does not make money. Good place to work if you have no desire to be better and just need a long term job.

This is a very slow environment where nobody wants to take responsibility. A lot of communication are pretty much done by face-to-face talking so no audit trail like email will be kept. The company is full of politics. It really takes time to be prepared carefully otherwise any mistake will be used to against you. The company kept downsizing in the last couple years. The pay is not competitive and bonus is very low. If you have desire to be outstanding, this place is not for you.
