Opportunities for long term employment, some coworkers and parts of management are truly like family, and look out for each other. No micro-managers, you are given some of the tools/procedures to succeed but not pressured to do everything in a specific way, as long as it gets done right.

Some people are expected to do the work of multiple people, without receiving the equivalent pay or even recognition or appreciation. No cost of living increase, and merit increases do not reflect the work you put in, even when you consistently go above and beyond.
