I recently interviewed at KAP Call Center Pvt. Ltd. and found the experience highly disappointing. The recruitment process lacked transparency from the start; I was informed of my selection without a clear explanation of the role or terms. After a brief and inadequate 1.5-day training period, my profile was rejected without constructive feedback. When I sought clarification, the HR department was unhelpful, indicating their primary focus was simply meeting recruitment quotas rather than candidate fit. Furthermore, the company’s internal policies regarding leave and salary deductions are concerningly rigid and unprofessional. I would not recommend this organization to job seekers, as the culture appears to prioritize misleading information over employee well-being.
