      Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We read all our reviews and in return discuss the feedback and ways in which we can improve. I have just joined the company and am learning what things we do well at KAE and where we can improve. One of the areas I would like to look at is Reward and Remuneration and as part of this I intend to obtain conduct a salary benchmarking exercise but also look at our employee benefits.
