I have been a developer for more than and year and there unrealistic timelines. I had come from a MNC company before July and there is no process in place. There run a agile team values only on papers and nothing in reality exists. Developers are no involved during estimation by Project Managers or people from senior management. If you join this company expect to have long weekends or nil. The default project estimation is 6 months and does not depend on the requirement posted by customer. If there are change requests the developer is responsible for not completing on time. Requirements are not clear and most of time once you develop the module the requirements are told that we have not developed as per requirements and it keeps changing during course of module/sprint I would give a 0 on all aspects if this site had a option
