Pros

Majority of attorneys for the most part are great to work for, have reasonable expectations and treat staff professionally.

Kontras

Management stingy with raises for older, experienced staffers. No bonuses offered, although they could well afford it I'm sure. Most recent hirings were brought in cheaper than others, and seems HR preference was based more on race than merit. If not white then you get hired. Little chance for advancement if you have been working there a long time.
