Management loves playing favorites and treat the hard workers like crap. No motivation to speak up and/or do better due to lack of praise, trust, and/or even accused of sabotage. Also, the backstabbing is right up there with the Trump White House. Real owner is Marvin Sternberg. HR is non-existent. Owner acts like Donald Trump.
