Pros
Being a small company, there is a lot of opportunity to try things outside of your normal job duties and gain experience in other fields as you are not "pigeon-holed" into anything. In addition, there is room for advancement provided you are willing to work for it. They have great benefits and the Operations team always worked with the rank and file in helping with career paths, answering questions, and making it a very friendly environment to work in.
Kontras
There were some employees that left in the headquarters office and, as a result, the living up to their motto of "doing what we say" is not lived up to. The current leadership is non-responsive and will tell you one thing and do something else (particularly when it comes to being reimbursed for expenses or tuition - lesson learned is to always get paid ahead of time or risk non-payment by the accounting manager) unless you are one of the "pets" where you are not held responsible for anything. The lack of accountability within the leadership is the most disappointing and his lack of knowledge on how a business operates has had some use it as an example of how not to run a business as he blames everyone for mistakes he makes as a result of his complete ignorance on how to operate a business in the U.S. - management now tends to run JTSi as it does its Indian companies.
