Pros
The biggest pro about Johnson Mark as an attorney is the work life balance. We are salary employees so we do not have to worry about billable hours. We practice in a very specific area of collections, so it isn't very complicated work.
Kontras
Because we operate in such a small area of law, it can become repetitive. The other con is that compared to law firms where you log your hours, we aren't paid as much. However, I can take off whenever I want an I'm always home for dinner
