Overloaded workers. Most are wearing at least 3 to 5 'hats' with no no employees brought in at ground level. Training programs are in dire need of 21st century overhaul into LMS and web-based training platforms with dynamic/hybrid training options for external customers. Programs have to beg and borrow for basic materials and needs for their job. Engineering equipment availability isn't even a tertiary thought for engineers and support teams. Quick to fire to cover profits. People are let go even with stellar reviews and them being in high demand.
