The enviroment was nice and clean, the workers were friendly, everyone worked together as a team no matter what department you worked in.

Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
