      1) Good company to work for long time. 2) Good management people 3) Lots of technology use so we get option to work tech we want 4) Good hike as compare to other organization and Bonus part is the best 5) Process oriented 6) Lots of onsite opportunities

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on
