      Everyone is so happy at the plant I work at. It is very nice waking up for work knowing everyone is driven to work and be friendly to everyone.

      The management is great at our plant but at the higher up level is difficult to change anything set in stone. The floor is a leaded environment so it is hazardous but can be prevented.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
