Johnson Controls carries a decent name in the industry, so you will be valuable when you start to look for a position somewhere else...which will be much more lucrative.

Regional management is strong but it's a revolving door for local management. Several managers were hired that knew nothing of the local market, and even two or three years later still knew nothing of the local market. There is a constant threat of being put on a performance plan or being let go; not a fun office to go in to.
