Work is consistent, that’s all I can say.

Have been with the company for a shorter period of time. Management is horrible, lied to may times over, was supposed to have reviews and raises in October didn’t happen, was supposed to be supplied correctly sized equipment, hasn’t happened, micro managed constantly, manager hires people who don’t have experience and have very questionable morales and attitudes, team leads that don’t lead and don’t really work just an extra layer of micro managing, they expect the world and don’t pay what your worth.

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
