There are some very good people in the gardener and crew positions, work is different every day so repetition isn't so bad.
Kontras
Pay is not competitive, hours are long, no benefits, no perks, management style places emphasis on fast work rather than quality. Employees are not valued and turnover is high. I was often made to work in the rain or do things outside my job description, with little help and less understanding from management.
