Pros
I was fresher when I joined this organisation but what I learnt in JOBJABS is amazing and it helped me a lot in my overall transformation. After my joining within 2 months pandemic hit us badly but thankfully except initial 2 months I was working again and management provided me my complete salary.
Kontras
I can't say it's cons as during pandemic for march'21 and April'21 I didn't receive my salary as company was not having any work but from may'21 I started working again (WFH basis) and I started getting my salary. Also March & April months pending salary they paid us in 4 installment.
