*The CEO is a walking ego who treats everyone with arrogance, but that only applies to those he considers inferior. *If they have to fire you, they'll tell you the very same day, even if it’s in the middle of the week, even if you need the money to live. But they are so shameless that they get angry if you do the same—if you quit that same week. *These people don’t care in the slightest about others or their situation. They don’t care if you end up without a job, and it doesn’t bother their conscience because they are privileged people who live off the efforts of others. *The clients do whatever they want with the candidates you submit, and they allow it because all they care about is money—it’s what they emphasize the most from the beginning: the money you make or lose depending on every action you take, because clearly what matters are the numbers. *You’ll be expected to magically produce results without any actual tools because they don’t give you job boards (according to the boss, you have to earn those, and if you’re new, you don’t deserve them—you would be wasting the company’s money). What does a recruiter do recruiting without job boards? *They have a database with a bunch of phone numbers of people who don’t even answer, and still expect results from you every single day. *The worst experience of my life. Even when I gave them results, they tried to sabotage me with jobs that couldn’t be filled, and I KNOW they had been looking for a way to fire me for a while. Treated me like a dog at the end without letting me even finish the week, and I will never forget that.

Pros

I think the people they hire are all top quality, they are efficient and do their job well. There is a cheerful can do attitude amongst the staff. We all work collaboratively and this gives you a chance to do many things and learn new skills. I always enjoyed the company meetings and learned some really interesting things about other people's countries.

And can be somewhat lonely to work remotely but since others were doing it to and would connect throughout the day I felt focused and efficient.
