Jimdo is a place filled with talented, dedicated people who are myopically focused on achieving their mission of helping their customers be successful. If you're a person looking to learn new skills, take on additional responsibility, be challenged by complex projects and develop your career, this is THE place for you to be. Additionally, Jimdo is incredibly flexible and treats their employees like humans, values diversity, asks for employee's opinions, is super transparent and invests in their employee's development.

Jimdo is in a period of transition and change (almost all for the better). However, you have to know that, and want that. As examples, policies evolve, new people are hired, new products are always launched, tests occur constantly, etc. If you are looking for a place that will allow you to skate by without hard work, this is NOT the place for you.

A lot has changed at Jimdo in the last 12-24 months, including new leaders, teams, products, capabilities, culture, etc. Almost all of that is great for the business, the employees and the customers, but change is hard. Jimdo has a "Culture Deck", which lays out clear and awesome expectations around communication, compensation, career development, trust and more. If you want to work hard, grow your career, build great products and learn a lot, this is an amazing place to work.

Jimdo is remote-first (everyone works remotely, although there is an office in Hamburg, DE), which is great for work-life-balance. However, many of us have never met our colleagues face-to-face or visited the office due to COVID.
