We are happy to hear that you like Jimdo’s mission, culture and team. We find all of these things very inspiring too!
Thank you for sharing this feedback about the frequency of meetings. In the latest survey responses among employees we also observe that some employees feel like there are too many meetings. We are keeping an eye open on what is happening in the industry. It seems to be a common pain point for distributed/ hybrid companies. We will work on addressing this issue and empower teams to design the meeting cadence that serves their needs.
To your last point, when we invite someone to work with us, we always hope that we will work together for a long time. However, as you said, there have been instances when people left Jimdo shortly after starting for various reasons.
