Morale tends to be very low, which shows in the high turnover. Promotions seem inconsistent. Teachers "promoted" by just being given a title change. Many of these promotions were not warranted; there were serious issues with some of those teachers that were not addressed. Organization is top heavy, with a large percent of administrative staff having the word "Senior, Director, Manager," etc. in their title.
