The company is just a fake image in front of customers and exhibitions as a big organisations, in fact it's only a one man decision maker the CEO who thinks him self king of the universe surrounded by Yes sir kids so called team leaders and managers! they can't approve to change a mouse on you P.C. be careful with the contract you are signing with them, they will make your basic salary 2K so your end of service will be NOTHING! The company business is falling that's why the released alot of operations guys. There is no chance to grow there. Salary increments are sarcastic! negative atmosphere and the people are feeling in secure. HR is the worst department I sow in my life! unprofessional at all.
