Great people, culture and work environment. You get the chance to work on other project or volunteer with CSR. Great work life balance. My department allowed me to work from home once per week.
Kontras
Pay could be better. HR are a bit unprofessional during the interview process. They do not promote from within a lot. Always bringing in younger folks and pushing older folks aside.
