The team is fantastic — very collaborative, supportive, and highly skilled. HR is genuinely invested in improving culture and benefits, which is noticeable over time. One of the standout perks is the unlimited vacation policy, which provides great flexibility and trust.

Like many growing companies, some processes could use more structure. At the moment, Janea is in that “in-between” stage — not a small startup anymore, but not a large corporation either — which means certain processes don’t always feel fully aligned yet.
