Bonuses are also provided to employees, and are based on the success of the company throughout the year. Overall... a good company to work for.

Being a smaller company, it can get busy at times, and OT is required during those periods. There is no Direct Deposit.

No one talks about what is going on with the company with each other. There is too much secrecy. The place is filled with solder fumes and the employees seem to enjoy it. They have daily 'huddles' which resembles communist Chinese work conditions. Everyone tells each other what they are doing that day but management already knows it and the employees do not benefit from this since all their jobs do not coincide. Advice: stay away from this place!
