Was able to learn a lot from team members and managers, had involvement in product from trend concept to final sample approval. Close knit team helped the work environment.

Aesthetic was subject to whims of CEO, what was planned and outlined months or weeks ago and signed off, and approved but when work was delivered most to all of product was rejected for unclear reasons. No clear communication or directive, work was undermined and dismissed. A good amount of work involved traveling to trade shows and involvement in set up and displays in addition to working showroom and helping customers, this could take up any where from 5-10 days of time depending on the scheduling. This could be in the middle of a design season and would disrupt when we were able to hand off final designs and deliverables for our product schedule.
