Pros
-Working alongside brilliant minds on some really great campaigns and clients -Smaller agency means you get put into roles you wouldn't traditionally get to experience. It can be uncomfortable and difficult, but you come out of it a better and smarter worker because of it. -Fast-paced is an understatement. If you want to sit around thinking about a project for a month, this place isn't for you. I work better with a lot on my plate, so this ends up in the pro column. -The culture is great. Aside from having friendly people surrounding you to help whenever you need it, we have a weekly beer club, spontaneous happy hours, and celebrations throughout the year.
Kontras
-Communication between offices can be difficult. It is easier to talk to someone next to you than to pick up the phone and track down someone in the other office. It creates a bit of a wall between the two. It can affect projects for clients, but more often just leads to a feeling of split teams.
