Top down, bullying aggressive management approach. Deceitful, assistant MD in Environment in Glasgow is positively bigoted and very incompetent. It is who you know not what you know that gets you any rewards. The most pertinent comments here are the lack of respect for knowledge, not a good trait in a consultancy that aims to sell this commodity. Very poor service to clients but very good at hiding the fact.
