Because of this, Jacobs is an industry leader. Jacobs invests in their employees with their Employee Moral & Welfare Committee (EMWC) and their Employee Council.

Kontras

Repeat low-performing employees are relocated even though they were disciplined. Management sometimes refuses to make the hard choice with these employees. Many of them are first-line supervisors or managers. Thank goodness there are only a few of these employees.
