It's a pretty cold corporate work environment. The company professes a caring work place, but the reality is far from it. They force employees to take PTO during Christmas if you aren't 100 percent billable (one of the most expensive times of the year for families), the company makes you call in to see if the office is open during natural disasters, and if the office is closed you have take PTO or unpaid time. All my friends who are working professionals did not have to do that with their employers during natural disasters.
