Pros
I LOVED working here. Great product. The downside was poor communication to line level team members. There are constant changes, makes sense as they are growing and trying to dial in their business model. I left in good standing and hesitant to write this due to backlash, but choosing to be honest. I would still be working there today and fine with the low pay and terrible scheduling, if they could just get a full line level team in place.
Kontras
Training is poor, communication of any new process is poor, as fall out they blame policy and procedure fails on line level staff over and over. They do no think through new policies and blame line level staff for problems as those are discovered. There is excessive turnover as they have a culture of writing up line level staff for middle-management errors. Middle management spends too much time watching surveillance cameras and literally laughing at line level staff (they did this during my initial hire training, ruing recurrent training and at other times while during my employment) instead of grooming and training team members to be better. As a result staff turnover is excessive, excited new staff moral gets knocked down fast. Both of which is hard on the more Senior Staff that ends up running ragged to compensate for untrained employees. This dynamic makes working there exhausting. You can NEVER get time off. I was initially hired part time and would work 35-55 hours per week. The scheduling is brutal. They will do things like: Schedule you to work until 1am, then have you work the next morning at 8am. They will knowingly schedule your 8 hour shift from 1pm to 8pm, knowing you will get stuck working until 12pm for scheduled later flights. They will beg you to cover shifts....all of this is because they are ALWAYS short staffed. This is also why you are not able to get paid time off ever. I worked there two years and hoped the experience would get me into another airline. It did not work so far. Pay is low, which I was fine with, until I realized we would never have a fully trained team due to middle management undermining line level staff.
