A good place for those seeking meaningful work. If you are an under performer or looking for politics, this is not a place. The pace of work is dynamic, and the journey to productisation is intricate. The team is incredibly supportive and the work environment offers flexibility. Although their preference is working from the office, I've had the option to work from home during monsoon or for personal matters. I've noticed that remote work is also granted, with approval. I had reservations about joining due to Glassdoor reviews, but my apprehensions were eased after a coffee meeting with the CTO at the office. The company has an inspiring vision that everyone is actively contributing to. I'm genuinely happy to be a part of JSW One.
