I learned a lot during my time at JR. From day one, I was welcomed into a supportive and dynamic environment where learning and growth were strongly encouraged. I was given meaningful projects that allowed me to apply what I had learned in school, while also gaining new insights and hands-on experience.

Difficult to manage work with school, but more personal circumstances with distance to both.

Working with a staff that I know and trust. The owners of the company are very nice. I built or modified 2/3 of the machines and robotics at JR. Wheel and they rely on me a great deal. I enjoy the work I do, there and that is why I have stayed with the company so long.

No insurance offered to cover pre-existing conditions. No benefits package with a 401k or any kind of comprehensive health insurance. They do not offer competitive pay for the work that I do.
