No HR. No Benefits, No new hire packets w info about paid holidays, vacation accrual, PTO/sick days or policies & procedures for anything. Don't offer 401K plan, expect you to be available 24/7 but don't pay ph bill. No holidays off. When asked about how you accrue vaca/PTO time, you're told you don't. There is no policy guaranteeing any vaca is earned you just have to ask off & if they think you've earned it then they'll pay you but if they don't then you wont get paid. So complete bias on whether management may or may not "feel" you deserve time. Huge red flag. That includes holidays, you are expected to work holidays. All holidays.
