No micromanaging...but its because there is no managaing.

Program managers are so hands off that employees never have any interaction with them and they could not care less about their contract employees. Every contract employee is a slot to fill and program managers will make any concession for the government at the expense of the contract employees. Employees cannot trust that JHT has their best interest at heart because it doesnt and will see them as an inconvenience. There is no training or advancement. No feedback or performance reviews. Raises occur sporadically and pay is weak relative to industry standards. No flexability and poor time off.
