This company squandered the opportunities afforded it in the 8a program by ravaging every set-aside possible, developing no exit strategy, and leaving the program with an incomprehensible mixed bag of contracts that added up to NO core competencies. Upon 8a graduation, the company plummeted downhill at breakneck speed, going from 1,000 employees to probably less than 200. Former customers did not want them as backers to other still-eligible 8as, and they cannot compete against large businesses. Their only advantage is that they've lost so much business in the last couple of years, they now qualify once more as a SDVOSB.
