Indian Management including me had no decision making power in any final decisions ( Hiring, Promotions and any other things). Poor HR Policies in India as every thing is driven from Israel ( No Life Insurance for employees , No relocation policy for new employees , No Car lease policy) . No work-life balance as most of the folks spend 12-14 hrs per day. Force most of the employees in India to come to office during pandemic ( No remote work policy).
