Sadly, too many to mention. Leadership is very old school and micromanages everything, but isn’t around enough to actually give you time and make needed decisions. Lots of lip service and no action. Terrible communication. Certain long term employees - especially the men - can talk to and treat others however they want and there are no consequences. There is so much turnover there is no experience. And new employees aren’t trained, just thrown to the wolves. Compared to competitors the pay, vacation time, health benefits and 401k are sub-par. Most salaried employees are expected to work 7-5 but are paid for 40 hours. Yet if you work less than 8 hours in a day they doc you your PTO time. Or even doc your pay if you don’t have enough PTO. Managers aren’t allowed to make any decisions or run their teams as they want.
