Decent office space and computer equipment for employee use

Low salary, no raise even after receiving excellent review and taking on multiple roles that were over and above job title (roles that should have been paid more than twice the salary I was being paid - based on salary survey information on indeed jobs and other salary sources); allowed a hostile work environment to exist within two departments (crude language and sexual innuendos spoken and sent through emails) and allowed the same offenders to choose candidates for new positions based on their social media profile photos (eliminating other females that were too attractive)

Pros

Very few. Except work from home you don't have to deal with the people face to face. Hours are flexible.

Pretty much everything else. There is always a feeling like they will fire you at any point. They lose people and then thrust the work on everyone else. 10 people doing the work of 30. They constantly start an initiative and then change it. Not enough training when you first sign on. Ever hear of "on the job training"? That's this job in a nutshell.
