Good Culture in the firm but not in the research team - Equity Analyst bei JBWere: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Company values do not live in the research team. Culture is toxic - bullying and intimidation are displayed by one of the Heads towards the equity analysts. She does not value or just simply ignore the analyst's opinion - it is either her way or the highway. Beyond her employees, she has been treating and speaking to the advisers' assistants in a condescending manner. Shocking behaviour!
