To many chiefs, can be directionless when leadership is needed and they have many who are just pulling the minimum necessary to draw a check. Family first ideals is the Swan song, unfortunately it doesn't include you or your family. If your last name isn't in line with the executivesame your forward momentum will be hampered with begrudgingly slow responses.
