Pros

- Good for person who need to start job or up to 2 or 3 years of career. - Neat environment. - If you have new ideas, technology suggestions company listen & try to implement them. - Good team environment. - No politics

- Insulting, degradation and inhuman behavior towards employees. - Too much work pressure and full of tension environment for employees. - Give fake deadlines to employees to make work earlier, but this technique give pressure and late sitting. - From single resource company wants multiple work for e.g. from Developer/QA they need customer support work also. - Work and life balance is very poor. - 2% salary is deducted for provident fund, then instead of making same contribution from company they make another 2% deduction from salary as a result 4% salary is held by company every month. - Company main focus is on medical industry but their is 0 medical facility for it's own employee. - Their is minimal or no documentation for employees, no confirmation letter, no salary slip, no appraisal letter. - After giving a task to employee company keep asking many times when it get done? Make employee very frustrated & tension full. - Month is from 1 to 31 but they dispatch salary on 10 of next month. Hold 10 days salary of employee

Good learning of healthcare domain.

Apart from testing, testers also have to do Customer Support work for clients. Continuous lying to push employees for late sittings and put pressure on them. No extra monetary compensation for Foreign visits. Have to go to work even on Friday which is a holiday abroad. Better to make excuse of not going. CEO himself lies to employees and ask employees to lie to clients. for e.g. "Instructed to lie that delay in work is because we have requirements from other customers and tell them that instead of 1 developer, the team is investigating the issue". Guilty feeling after lying to clients.

Politics-free environment. Working on latest tools and technologies. Not that work is done by someone and credit is taken by someone else.

No proper Management. Tasks are assigned on ad-hoc basis. Employees are given fake deadlines ( advertised as tight deadlines ) to get early delivery. It is easy to determine that deadline is fake. On a particular day when milestone is completed, new tasks are added to the same milestone right after that. Frequent Late Sittings. Not weekly or monthly but Daily. After late sitting, if employee asks for food on company expense, then employees are given long lectures. Annual Increment is only of 10% and not based on performance. Management assigns multiple tasks on different projects to one developer at one time, upto 3 or 4 and still expects work to be completed at bullet speed. Then, if employee fails to deliver, employee is insulted. Work environment is frustrating and hectic. Employees with 15K salaries like gatekeeper, even they are frustrated. Joining letter is the first and last document provided to the employee. No other documents are provided like Confirmation Letter,Increment Letter etc. No proper record of Leaves done and remaining which is easily accessible. No Payslips Important functions like Marketing, HR and Accounts are missing. Marketing professionals are the people who bring cash, due to which company grows, is missing. Upon demanding salary increase, Management takes out fault in employee's work which means they only want work for less money. No appreciation of work and no respect for employees.

The very first incorrect piece of information in this review is that we supposedly have an employee earning 15K, which is completely false. We do not have any employee working at a salary of 15K, nor do we offer such packages. Additionally, we have all departments fully functional.
