Sales motion is package-led. Strong at selling catalog offerings; complex, consultative deals often stall without significant delivery support. Fragmented portfolio = heavy context switching. Lots of small accounts, some only a few hours weekly, which makes it hard to build sustained velocity. Decision latency > company size.
