Pros

Mac-friendly shop (great if you’re Apple-native). Teammates are sharp, collaborative, and genuinely do high-quality work for clients.

Kontras

Multiple RIFs in a year created ongoing uncertainty and slowed momentum between engagements. Delivery-to-overhead feels inverted for a services firm; too many internal layers for the current scale. Sales motion is package-led. Strong at selling catalog offerings; complex, consultative deals often stall without significant delivery support. Fragmented portfolio = heavy context switching. Lots of small accounts, some only a few hours weekly, which makes it hard to build sustained velocity. Decision latency > company size. Process and approvals slow down course corrections; the bureaucracy is heavier than the org can carry. They seem to be moving away from employees delivering projects and more toward using independent contractors Culture is being killed to try to stay alive
